Partner Terms & Conditions

(For Coupon Partnership Program — Garbhsanskar by James Nicolas)

1. Introduction

These Partner Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the collaboration between Garbhsanskar by James Nicolas (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the individual or entity enrolling as a Partner (hereinafter referred to as the Partner) under the Coupon Partnership Program.
By joining this program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

The Partnership Program is open to all individuals, professionals, and organizations, including but not limited to doctors, clinics, Garbhsanskar classes, and maternity centers, who wish to share Garbhsanskar by James Nicolas with their network ethically and responsibly.

3. Partnership Process

  1. Upon registration, each Partner will be provided a unique coupon code to share with their clients, patients, or community.

  2. The Partner will receive a digital poster and/or printed poster featuring their coupon code, depending on their preference.

  3. The Partner can share the poster and code through physical display, WhatsApp, or other digital means — but must not modify or alter the content in any way.

4. Partner Earnings & Settlements

  1. Partner earnings are directly linked to the number of successful subscriptions made using their unique coupon code on the official website.

  2. Earnings are calculated as per the current commission structure defined by the Company (e.g., 20% of the final customer price after discount).

  3. Settlement of the Partner’s share will be done at the end of every calendar month, based on verified sales reports.

  4. Partners are required to provide accurate bank account details for monthly settlement.

  5. Payments will be made via online transfer within 10 working days after month-end reconciliation.

5. Restrictions and Prohibited Actions

To protect the integrity of the brand and product, Partners agree to the following:

  1. The Partner shall not sell, distribute, duplicate, reproduce, or repackage Garbhsanskar by James Nicolas content in any form.

  2. The Partner must not collect payments from customers directly for the Garbhsanskar product. All transactions must occur through the official company website.

  3. Unauthorized sale, copying, or digital reproduction of the Garbhsanskar content is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a legal violation under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  4. The coupon code is for promotional use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or misused in any way.

6. Marketing & Representation

  1. Partners are encouraged to promote the program ethically by sharing the provided materials only.

  2. Partners must not make false claims, guarantees, or representations that differ from the official product description or scientific basis of Garbhsanskar by James Nicolas.

  3. Any use of the Company’s name, logo, or creative material outside the approved designs requires prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All business data, including coupon sales reports, earnings, or customer information, shall remain confidential and may not be shared or disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Company.

8. Termination of Partnership

  1. Either party may terminate this partnership at any time with written notice.

  2. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the partnership in case of misuse, unethical behavior, or violation of these Terms.

  3. Upon termination, all pending eligible payments will be settled, and the Partner must stop using the coupon code or promotional materials.

9. Legal Disclaimer

  1. Garbhsanskar by James Nicolas retains all ownership rights over its intellectual property, including all audio content, branding, and materials.

  2. Unauthorized use or distribution is punishable under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and related laws.

  3. The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, misuse of coupon codes, or errors caused by third-party systems.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling as a Partner and accepting a coupon code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
